Rheedea

Rheedea is an international journal founded in 1991 and published by the Indian Association for Angiosperm Taxonomy (IAAT) twice in a year, June and December.
Rheedea publishes peer reviewed original research and review articles in angiosperm taxonomy.

The forth coming Volume 26 (1) of Rheedea will be a special issue to mark the completion of 25 years of IAAT and Rheedea. Dr. D. Narasimhan has consented to be the editor- in- charge for the Special silver jubilee Volume assisted by a team of editors. Rheedea requests the Taxonomic fraternity to contribute original research /review articles on the following subjects: Revisionary studies on Indian genera/ families, molecular systematics, new species, Population studies on endemic and threatened species, policies on conservation, various disciplines of Botany and their application in taxonomy and historical notes on botanists and explorers pertain to India. Length of articles: Revision/ review articles - maximum of 15 typed pages; other articles - maximum of 6 typed pages. Authors are requested to consult guidelines for contributors to the Rheedea (http://www.iaat.org.in/journal.html).
